Amy McIntyre is an Associate with the firm’s Trust and Estates Department and a member of the Elder Law practice group. She concentrates on asset restructuring and Medicaid eligibility, Medicaid appeals, Estate Recovery Waivers, and probate administration. Amy has extensive experience in the legal field, having been a paralegal for twenty years prior to attending law school and passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2024.

Amy is a Western New England University Law School graduate having earned her JD in May of 2024, cum laude. Amy served as a staff member on the Western New England Law Review for Volume 45, and as the online content editor for Volume 46. Amy graduated from Worcester State University with a M.S. in Managerial Leadership in 2013, and a B.S. from Becker College in Legal Studies.
