James G. Gromann

James Gromann is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate and business transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and advising on entity structuring and shareholder matters. He also leads clients through the full lifecycle of complex deals—managing timelines, resolving title issues, and representing them in disputes when needed.

James earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 and his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015. While in law school, James worked with emerging tech and startup companies through the Brooklyn Law School Incubator and Policy Clinic, gaining hands-on experience with entity formation, trademark filings, and internet privacy issues.
