Nicole Collins is an associate in the firm’s Family Law department. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman LLP, Nicole was an associate at Atwood & Cherny, P.C., where she focused primarily on family law matters. She continues to focus her practice on complex divorce actions and other domestic relations matters, such as issues pertaining to alimony/spousal support, child support, custody disputes, contempt cases, removal actions and modifications of prior judgements. Nicole also handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreement matters.

While in law school, Nicole was a case comment and note editor of the New England Law Review Volume 54, and a member of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program. She was also the Founder and President of the Family Law Society. Nicole was the recipient of the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of Negotiation in 2019.
