Sydney B. Brady

Associate

vCard

Sydney Brady’s practice focuses on complex estate and trust litigation matters including breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, trustee removal, will contests, equity actions, claims involving the overlap between divorce and probate law, estate and trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters for adults and minors. At the request of certain clients, Sydney also handles family law matters.

A strategic and effective advocate, Sydney works closely with clients to create “outside the box” solutions uniquely tailored to each case. She prioritizes candid communication, so clients have an informed say in all strategic decisions. Conscious of the personal nature of fiduciary litigation matters, Sydney approaches each issue with compassion and understanding of the emotional toll, guiding clients to a resolution during difficult times.

Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Sydney worked as an attorney practicing in the areas of probate litigation and family law.
